Philip K. Crowe, an American diplomat, conservationist, and author was a trustee of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He was born January 7, 1908 in New York City and following his graduation from the University of Virginia, Crowe began his long career as a reporter at the New York Evening Post.
